Serving size 4

  • 2 lbs chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • 1 pinch Silk Road Saffron
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Serrano pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon salt (ot to taste)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil    


Mix all ingredients in bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate. You may brush some olive oil over the chicken while grilling.
